I've always been a natural caregiver, drawn to helping others feel at ease and supported. From a young age, I found joy in caring for neighborhood babies and children, and as I grew older, that instinct only deepened. As a teenager, I began working part-time in various caregiving roles—a path that became a lifelong pattern. Whether it was childcare, pet sitting, elder care, or assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home, I was always drawn to roles that allowed me to nurture, support, and make a difference in people's lives.

I discovered energy healing during a particularly challenging time, and it completely transformed my life. After just a few treatments, something shifted—suddenly, all the physical, mental, and emotional work I had done over the years began to click into place. It was as if energy healing had been the missing puzzle piece all along. For the first time since I was a kid, I felt a profound sense of well-being.
